Easter means working my bum off.

Running a bit late with my easter updates, got myself a bit of a backlog, so here are some backdated posts...

Coming back for easter signified a break for me, but also a week of serious 9-5 work on the final uni push. I went into work with Mother Marsh several days just to force myself into doing the work. I have absolutely no willpower when I go home. I can find almost anything that needs doing around the house rather than doing my work. I remember one incident when I cleaned our conservatory windows, which compromise of about a million little square panes of glass...just to get our of doing art coursework. So by going into work with Mother Marsh, I force myself into doing work out of boredom, plus I am trapped there because I cannot escape as its in the middle of nowhere, I have no money for the bus and I cannot drive Mother Marsh's car...boo!!

I do get the afternoon off though. At 2pm-ish, I go to the gym, then wait for Mother Marsh to finish at 4pm by relaxing and drawing in the sunshine.


I've REALLY gotten back into drawing/painting lately...I think its an influence thing from living with some lovely fine artists. I'd forgotten how much I'd enjoyed it!
